Given the rarity of my blogs, and equal desire to write... I have more installed blogging app on my phone to make it easier for me to blog. I hope to raise my frequency. But will have to wait and see the results.

well yes... with my goal of running a marathon cardio is the thing that i need to focus on.
Well... you can definitely count the number of days without the post. I need not delve into that embarrassing detail.
Good tidings continue... 25 push-ups and 50 squats in two sets (still a paltry sum by any standards).

Well, the pitfalls of starting/ changing fitness plans just before ones b'day... you tend to bypass the goals set...
Hmm... well day 2 has some leftover feeling of day 1...
